1.
Eligibility
(1) International students who receive the NTCU Scholarship upon admission and do not receive any other scholarships. (Extended-study students, overseas Chinese students, Hong Kong and Macao students, Mainland Chinese students and exchange students are excluded)
(2) Bachelor students enrolled at NTCU from Spring semester 2023 to Fall semester 2025.
(3) Master students enrolled at NTCU from Spring semester 2025 to Fall semester 2025.
(4) Doctoral students enrolled at NTCU from Spring semester 2024 to Fall semester 2025.
2. Application Deadline
(1) Please complete the application form (either English or Mandarin version) with signatures from department chairperson and advisor. Submit the completed form to Office of International Affairs (Room A201) by June 30, 2026.
(2) By August 31 2026, please email your academic year transcript (Spring semester 2026) to ics@gm.ntcu.edu.tw. (Any late submission will NOT be accepted)
3. All scholarship recipients are required to complete 64 hours of service at relevant departments, graduate institutes, or administrative units. Service performance will be evaluated as a reference for scholarship eligibility.
