Duties /1.Faculty going abroad •Administrative coordination for visits by university-level administrators 2.Partner universities agreements and collaboration •Signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and student exchange agreements with partner universities •Signing of dual degree agreements (including coordination with overseas institutions and with departments/colleges within the University) •Activities for deepening cooperation with partner universities 3.International visitors and visiting scholars •Reception and administrative liaison for visitors from Europe and the Americas (including partner universities and non-partner universities) •Financial control and management of the Office's budget for international group exchange expenses 4.NSTC subsidies for faculty and student international research •Applications for faculty international cooperative research •Applications for international symposia organized by departments/colleges •Applications for master's/Ph.D. students and postdoctoral scholars attending overseas conferences and cross-national research

Handling student exchange and dual degree programs (Overseas and Mainland China) (1) Organizing internal selection processes and information sessions on campus (2) Coordinating with partner universities on their application procedures and assisting students with overseas study arrangements (3) Assisting students with applications for MOE (Ministry of Education) Study Abroad Scholarships and internal scholarships (4) Revising regulations for students undertaking overseas study and training 2. Handling exchange and study programs for students from overseas partner universities (Overseas and Mainland China) 3. Coordinating the participation of university supervisors and academic representatives in overseas annual meetings and forums 4. Organizing short-term programs and winter camps for partner universities in regions other than Mainland China 5. Other temporarily assigned tasks
